TrustDesk AI (the "Service") is operated by EasyVault AI ("we", "us") and accessible at trustdesk.easyvault.ai. Our official company domain is easyvault.ai. We help SaaS, AI, and agency businesses assess their compliance posture and generate compliance documents.

• Account information: email address, full name, and company name when you sign up.
• Compliance scanner inputs: answers you provide to our compliance questionnaire and any free-text business context.
• Document inputs and outputs: the company, product, infrastructure, and framework information you provide, and the documents the Service generates from those inputs.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and product analytics.

• To provide the Service: score your compliance readiness, generate Trust Pack documents, and store your saved documents.
• To email you results, account notices, and product updates you've opted into.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To debug, secure, and improve the Service.

We share the minimum data required with these sub-processors:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage hosting.
• Anthropic — AI model that scores your scan and drafts your documents from your inputs. Your inputs are sent to the model on demand.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your account, documents, and scan results for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. Anonymous server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS), encryption at rest at our hosting providers, scoped service credentials, and row-level security in the database to protect your data.
