Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrustDesk AI (the "Service"), available at trustdesk.easyvault.ai and operated by EasyVault AI (official domain easyvault.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TrustDesk AI is a compliance readiness scanner and AI-powered document generator for SaaS, AI, and agency businesses. The Service produces draft compliance documents based on inputs you provide.

Documents generated by the Service are AI-drafted templates customised to your inputs. They are not legal advice and do not substitute for review by qualified counsel. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and using each document.

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account.

Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time purchases (e.g. Starter) are non-refundable once documents have been generated. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to (a) use the Service to violate any law, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, (c) misrepresent generated documents as audited or legally certified, or (d) resell access without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the documents generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service relies on Supabase (hosting), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Their availability and terms may affect the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyVault AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
